Gather your crew and submit a brief project proposal — the problem you're solving, your AI-driven approach, and the impact you expect to make.

Our panel will review every submission and choose the top 10 teams based on proposal quality, AI feasibility, and real-world impact.

Build Your MVP
Selected teams will have four full weeks to build, backed by mentor support, cloud credits, and weekly technical check-ins.

Demo Day
Present your live MVP to judges and industry leaders on May 14. Top teams walk away with prizes, recognition, and partnership opportunities.

Ground Rules

Team Formation
Teams must consist of 2–4 members from within the company. Cross-team collaboration is encouraged.

AI-First Development
Projects must demonstrate meaningful use of AI, especially where AI accelerates engineering or problem solving.
Original Work
All projects must be new work developed during the hackathon build phase.
AI-Assisted Engineering
Teams are encouraged to use AI coding assistants, LLMs, and AI development tools.

Responsible Data Usage
Confidential customer or sensitive company data must not be used unless approved.

Each team must present a working demo, prototype, or proof of concept.

Each finalist gets 10 minutes: 7 minutes demo + 3 minutes Q&A.

Hard registration deadline — no extensions. All proposals must be submitted by midnight. Late entries will not be reviewed.

Review & Selection
The panel reviews all proposals. Top 10 teams selected based on innovation, AI feasibility, and impact.

Selected Teams Announced
All 10 teams notified via email. Orientation, mentor matching, and cloud resource allocation begin immediately.

MVP Build Window — 4 Weeks
Teams build their Minimum Viable Products with weekly mentor check-ins, workshops, and access to AI tools.

The hackathon is open to employees in the office. Anyone with an interest in solving problems with AI and Vibe Coding can participate.
